Hi, I’m Sara McKay, a compassionate and experienced counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With a Bachelor in Counselling and specialised training in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
I work with people of all ethnicities and from all walks of life, from 11 years old and up, providing guidance for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, loneliness, and stress management. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Using a strengths-based approach, I empower you to heal, grow, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
